Constitution and bylaws

Briarpatch's constitution is a legal document that describes the purpose of Briarpatch Magazine Inc. and its organizational structure. The bylaws are rules that govern Briarpatch's operations.

This policy lays out practices for the effective acquisition, allocation, and use of funds for Briarpatch.

Equity in hiring policy

Through this policy, we strive to ensure that Briarpatch values and centers the leadership of people from groups that are historically and currently identified as targets of genocide and oppression. 

Form for reporting harassment, discrimination, abuse, and assault

This form is for reporting that a person that Briarpatch works with has harassed, discriminated against, abused, or assaulted another person.
