Martha Troian is a member of Obishikokaang (Lac Seul First Nation) in northwestern Ontario and an independent multimedia journalist who has worked with APTN National News (Aboriginal Peoples Television Network) and the CBC. She works in radio, television, and online media, and her investigations and writing frequently focus on Indigenous women, politics, and environmental issues.
