Shelagh Plunkett

Shelagh Plunkett is an author who currently makes her home in Montreal. In 2013, The Water Here is Never Blue, her memoir of growing up in Guyana and Indonesia, was published by Penguin, and she is now hammering away on another book of creative non-fiction that explores themes of death, colonialism, and identity.
